Fun facts!!! I dropped 4️⃣ Upper Body classes onto #YouTube last night 🎊 and I’m going to continue to do it so you have your library grow every Monday! Just like we used to with the app 🙏. 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧! I’ll show you on stories - even if you were already subscribed, I’d double check notifications since I accidentally had “made for kids” on my channel at the beginning 😵‍💫. The word boss has lived in my family to mean prioritizing your legacy, your purpose. I’m asking that you prioritize YOU. I set out in this industry to prove that I could, because for so long (growing up with a heart condition) I could not. Now, I need to focus on myself, my family and our new home… but I’ve always got you 🩷 that’s why the announcement on Monday will be a FREE platform. Our current platform will be closing at the end of the year, but the workouts you enjoy will not disappear forever. I will be launching a FREE streaming service featuring as many workouts as that I can pull from one platform to another 🎊. The question is… how? Like I said, I will tell you Monday 😉

Mister Bryce turned 1️⃣ yesterday! I’ve thought all about what to say to describe him, but I honestly can’t fully put it into words. He loves to walk and hold hands, to wait for the bus with his sisters, to eat allll the foods. His favorite song is Baby Shark, if there is a ball he will kick it, and his giggle cures all. I just love him so much, he is everything I’d hoped for in a son and more 🙏

Ok 🥺 Today is Madison’s last day of kindergarten and the growth this sweet girl has done is beyond what we could have imagined. She corrects me on her math homework 😂, she’s reading! And she’s made some truly incredible friends. In preschool she was a bit more reserved, but her new classmates this year have brought out the best in her - what I am thankful to say I’ve seen all along 🩷 We’re moving, which makes this first and last year at her elementary school so emotional. Thankfully it’s not far, and even better she switched camps to stay with her best buds ✨ Everything always works out in the end! To my first baby with the biggest heart - we are so proud. New schools in the fall for all… it’s gonna be so special!!

I posted our first class on the on demand platform in November 2020. From that moment on, and for the last 3.5 years, we’ve had new content every single week! You’ve picked up dumbbells and got to work, and I’ve learned how to manage a company from the ground up. I usually don’t share numbers, but we’ve had 5,000+ signups since the start of our journey together 🤯. It’s truly phenomenal how much has evolved in these years that #KEonDemand came to life. I’ve always said - I will be your coach for as long as I am able 🙏. It brings me so much joy meeting you on the mat. Personally, my family has had many [positive!] changes in the past year. Bigger family, big move, exciting builds, new jobs - it’s all good!! But because of this, I must focus my attention here 🩷 I am sad to say that new content is on pause on the platform as of June 2024. I will continue to create a monthly calendar using the 450+ classes that exist on the platform. I’ve also removed the yearly subscription option for future members while I navigate this time and figure out the future. We will take this one month at a time! I will come chat more when I’m ready. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, yet the right one at the same time. I’ll still be here sweating alongside you! Gotta keep that boss status, right squad? 💕

Can we have a moment for the HAIR 💜 Ava’s Pre-K prom was last night and she finally got to wear THE dress that she’s wanted to wear since Madison did last year 😂 When Ava started school at 2 years old we could barely pull her hair into a tiny ponytail (remember @jamierenna_ @allisongoodman13?!) The growth this girl has done is undeniable in so many ways. So proud of her, and so excited for what’s ahead!
